After creating your account and connecting your first website, take a few minutes to configure your workspace. This page covers the key settings that affect how Visen.io works for you and your team.
1

Update your profile

Go to Settings → Profile to set your display name, email address, and notification preferences. From this screen you can also:
  • Change your password or configure single sign-on (SSO) if your plan supports it
  • Set your preferred language for the Visen.io interface
  • Manage email notifications for ranking alerts, audit completions, and scheduled reports
2

Configure workspace settings

Go to Settings → Workspace to update settings that apply to all websites and team members in your workspace.Key settings to configure:
  • Workspace name — used in shared reports and client-facing exports
  • Timezone — affects how date ranges, scheduled reports, and ranking history are displayed
  • Default reporting period — the date range Visen.io uses by default across dashboards and reports
  • Data preferences — choose whether to include branded queries, filter bot traffic, and configure crawl frequency
Timezone affects all historical data displays in the workspace. Set it to match your primary client or business location before inviting teammates to avoid confusion.
3

Invite teammates

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member to add collaborators to your workspace.Enter the teammate’s email address and select their role:
  • Admin — full access to all workspace settings, websites, and billing
  • Editor — can manage websites, run audits, and create reports; cannot access billing or workspace settings
  • Viewer — read-only access to dashboards and reports
Invited teammates receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account.
Team collaboration is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. If you are on the Starter plan, upgrade to Pro to unlock team access.
Access is workspace-scoped. Each teammate you invite can see all websites in your workspace. If you need separate access for different clients or projects, create a separate workspace for each.
4

Connect your integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations to manage your connected data sources.Visen.io currently supports the following integrations:
  • Google Search Console — required for ranking data, impressions, and keyword performance (connected during quick start)
  • Google Analytics — adds session data, traffic sources, and conversion metrics to your dashboard
You can connect, disconnect, or re-authorize integrations from this screen at any time. If a connection becomes stale (for example, after a Google account password change), Visen.io will display a warning banner and prompt you to reconnect.
Disconnecting Google Search Console will pause ranking data and keyword performance reporting for the affected website. Historical data is preserved and will resume populating when you reconnect.
5
