The dashboard is your home base in Visen.io. It displays every site in your portfolio as a visual card, showing live metrics at a glance and surfacing issues before they affect your traffic.

Portfolio overview

Each site in your portfolio appears as a card on the dashboard. Cards display:
  • Traffic — current visitors and trend direction
  • Rankings — average keyword position across tracked terms
  • Backlinks — total link count with recent changes
  • Page speed — Core Web Vitals score
A color-coded health indicator on each card tells you at a glance whether a site is healthy, needs attention, or has critical issues:
ColorStatus
GreenHealthy — no significant issues
YellowAttention needed — minor issues detected
RedCritical — issues requiring immediate action

Analytics views

Switch between two views depending on what you need:
  • Aggregate view — combined performance metrics across all sites in your portfolio
  • Individual view — drill into a single site for detailed data
Use the grouping filters to organize sites by tag, project, or client. Quick action buttons on each card let you jump directly into rank tracking, audits, or settings for that site.

Cross-site comparison

The comparison panel lets you benchmark any two or more sites side by side. Select the sites you want to compare and choose the metrics to display. This is useful for identifying which properties are outperforming others and where to focus your effort. Every metric on the dashboard includes a historical trend chart. Use the date picker to set a custom range, or choose from preset windows (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year). You can export trend data as CSV from the chart toolbar.

Setting up alerts

Alerts notify you when a metric crosses a threshold you define. You can set independent thresholds for each site in your portfolio. To configure an alert:
  1. Open the site card menu and select Alert settings.
  2. Choose the metric to monitor (traffic, rankings, backlinks, or health score).
  3. Set the threshold value and direction (above or below).
  4. Select your notification channels: email, in-dashboard, or both.
  5. Click Save alert.
When you first connect a site, the dashboard shows real-time data immediately. Full historical data — including trends and comparison baselines — populates within 24 to 72 hours.
