With multi-client workspaces, you manage every client property from one Visen.io account. You get a portfolio-level view across all your clients, and you can drill into any individual site without switching accounts or juggling logins.

Overview

Your Visen.io account acts as a single hub for all the websites you manage. Each client lives in its own isolated workspace with its own settings and permissions, so data never leaks between clients. From the portfolio overview, you see aggregated metrics at a glance. From any workspace, you get the full per-site detail you need to do the work.

Setting up a client workspace

1

Create a new client group

Go to Workspaces in the left sidebar and click New workspace. Give it a name that matches the client — for example, “Acme Corp” or “Client: RetailBrand”.
2

Add websites

Inside the workspace, click Add site. Enter the domain and give the site a display name. Repeat for each website that belongs to this client.
3

Connect integrations

For each site, connect Google Search Console and optionally Google Analytics. These integrations are the source of ranking, traffic, and keyword data in your workspace. See the integrations guides for step-by-step instructions.
4

Save and verify

Return to the workspace overview to confirm all sites appear and tracking status shows as active.

Organizing sites by client

Use groups, tags, and folders to keep your workspace list readable as it grows.
  • Groups — Cluster workspaces by business type, vertical, or retainer tier (e.g., “E-commerce”, “Enterprise retainer”).
  • Tags — Add freeform labels to individual sites for quick filtering (e.g., blog, staging, priority).
  • Folders — Nest related workspaces inside folders to mirror your internal team structure.
You can combine all three. A folder named “Active clients” can contain groups, and each site within a group can carry its own tags.

Switching between clients

Click the workspace switcher at the top of the left sidebar. It lists every client workspace you have access to. Select any workspace to jump directly into that client’s environment — no page reload, no re-authentication.
Pin your most frequently visited workspaces to the top of the switcher by clicking the star icon next to the workspace name.

Portfolio overview vs. per-site detail

The Portfolio view surfaces rolled-up metrics — total organic sessions, keyword count, and ranking changes — across all your active client sites. Use it for weekly check-ins and to spot which clients need attention. Switch to any individual workspace for the full breakdown: keyword rankings, competitor gaps, crawl issues, and content insights scoped to that client’s sites only.
Changes you make in a client workspace (e.g., tracked keywords, alerts) apply only to that workspace and are not visible to other clients.

Plan limits

The number of sites you can add across all workspaces depends on your plan.

Each domain you add counts as one site toward your plan limit, regardless of which workspace it lives in. Contact support to discuss higher limits on Enterprise.
