Authorize with Google
A Google OAuth window will open. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your GSC property, then grant the requested permissions.
Select your property
After authorization, Visen.io displays the GSC properties available to your account. Select the property that matches the website you want to track.
Each website property must be connected separately. If you manage multiple sites, repeat these steps for each one within the relevant workspace.
What data flows in
After connecting, the following GSC data is available in your Visen.io dashboard:| Signal | Description |
|---|---|
| Keywords | Queries that triggered your pages in Google Search |
| Impressions | How many times your pages appeared in search results |
| Clicks | How many times users clicked through to your site |
| Average position | Your average ranking position for each query |
| CTR | Click-through rate per query and page |
Data freshness
Real-time metrics appear in your dashboard immediately after the connection is saved. Full historical trends — including keyword-level breakdowns — populate within 24–72 hours as Visen.io processes your property’s data.Starter plan: Historical data is limited to the past 90 days.Pro and Enterprise plans: Unlimited historical lookback is available, giving you full trend data from the earliest records in your GSC property.
Troubleshooting
No data appears after connecting
No data appears after connecting
First, confirm the connection saved successfully by going to Settings → Integrations and checking that Google Search Console shows a Connected status. If the status is connected but data is still missing, allow up to 72 hours for the initial data sync to complete. GSC data is not always available in real time from Google’s side — Visen.io reflects whatever GSC has published. If 72 hours have passed and data is still absent, check that the GSC property you selected has verified data in Google Search Console itself.
