White-label reporting lets you replace Visen.io’s default branding with your own. Every report you generate or deliver can carry your agency’s logo, color palette, typography, and custom content, so clients see your brand, not the tool behind it.
White-label customization is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Branded reports reinforce your agency’s professionalism at every touchpoint. Clients who receive polished, consistently branded reports are more likely to perceive your work as high-value and renew their engagement.

What you can customize

  • Logo — replace the Visen.io logo with your agency or client logo
  • Colors — set primary, secondary, and accent colors to match your brand guidelines
  • Fonts — choose from available typefaces or upload a custom web font
  • Layout — reorder, show, or hide sections; adjust spacing and column structure
  • Custom sections — add intro text, executive summaries, service descriptions, or any freeform content
  • Personalized messaging — add a custom header message, footer note, or client-specific commentary

Set up your white-label branding

1

Go to Settings > Branding

In the left sidebar, click Settings, then select Branding from the submenu.
2

Upload your logo

Click Upload Logo and select your logo file. PNG or SVG files work best. The logo appears in the report header and, if enabled, the footer.
3

Set your brand colors

Enter hex values for your primary and secondary colors. The report preview updates in real time so you can see how the colors apply to charts, headings, and accents.
4

Configure fonts and layout

Select a font from the dropdown or upload a custom font file. Use the layout editor to reorder sections or toggle off any sections you don’t want included by default.
5

Save your template

Click Save Template. Your branding settings are now stored as the default template for all new reports.

Create client-specific templates

If you manage multiple clients with different branding requirements, you can create separate templates for each one.
  1. In Settings > Branding, click New Template.
  2. Configure logo, colors, fonts, and layout for that client.
  3. Name the template after the client (for example, “Acme Corp” or “Smith & Partners”).
  4. Save the template.
You can create as many templates as you need. Each template is saved independently and can be edited at any time.

Apply a template when generating a report

When you generate a report in the Reports section, a Template dropdown appears before you export.
  1. Open the template dropdown and select the client’s template.
  2. Preview the branded report to confirm the logo and colors look correct.
  3. Export in your chosen format (PDF, HTML, or interactive dashboard).
The selected template applies only to that export — your default template remains unchanged.

Track report engagement

Visen.io records when recipients open white-label reports delivered via email or client portal. You can view open rates and engagement timestamps in Reports > Delivery History.

FAQ

You can customize the logo, primary and secondary colors, fonts, section order, section visibility, header messaging, footer notes, and freeform custom sections. Layout customization lets you add executive summaries or client-specific commentary anywhere in the report.
White-label branding applies to all three export formats: PDF, HTML, and interactive dashboard. PDF and HTML exports embed your logo and colors directly. Interactive dashboards display your branding within the Visen.io viewer interface.
